About the event

Welcome the season of renewal at our Spring Equinox Retreat, a nourishing day dedicated to rest, reflection, and reconnection. As the equinox brings light and dark into perfect balance, we will gather in a peaceful and supportive setting to honour this powerful turning point in the year and welcome the fresh energy of spring.


The morning begins with a calming Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, offering a moment to slow down, soften, and set intentions for the season ahead. From there, you will be guided through the mindful creation of your own spring wreath, a beautiful symbol of growth, awakening, and new beginnings.


We will then move into a gentle journaling workshop designed to inspire inner clarity, self-discovery, and creative reflection. Through guided prompts and quiet space, you will have the opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and what you wish to cultivate in the months ahead.
