Hi, I’m Kate , founder and trainer at AmberRose Holistic Healing Training Academy.

I’ve spent over 20 years delivering professional training and around 15 years as a CEO, but at heart, I’m a holistic therapist, healer and someone who genuinely loves helping people grow in confidence.

I’m trained across massage, facials, reflexology, Reiki, sound healing, mindfulness, coaching and holistic wellbeing — and I actively work with clients, so I teach from real experience, not just a manual.

Training that works for real people

I have ADHD and dyslexia, so I know that sitting in front of a screen or reading pages of theory doesn’t work for everyone.

That’s why my training is face-to-face, hands-on, relaxed and supportive.

Small groups. Plenty of practice. Ask as many questions as you need. No judgement. No pressure.

You don’t need to arrive confident,  that’s what I’m here to help you build.

I won’t just teach you how to perform a treatment.

I’ll share the real-world stuff too - clients, contraindications, pricing, treatment planning, setting up your business, social media, websites, marketing and building a service people want to come back to.
