About the event
The retreat begins with a welcoming Cacao Ceremony to open the heart and set intentions for the experience ahead. We will then move into a gentle Chakra Balancing practice to help realign and restore the body’s energy.
Next, you’ll be guided through an energising Breathwork Session followed by a calming Guided Meditation, creating space for stillness and inner connection. A reflective Journalling Workshop will offer time to explore insights and intentions.
The morning will close with a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing you to fully relax, integrate the experience, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and reconnected.
