Ear seeding, a type of acupressure that involves placing small seeds on the ear to stimulate acupuncture points, its many benefits, including: Pain relief: Ear seeds are used to treat chronic pain conditions like headaches, low back pain, and osteoarthritis. Mental health: Ear seeds help with anxiety, depression, stress, and insomnia. Weight management: Ear seeds to help with weight management. Substance abuse: Ear seeds help with substance abuse and smoking cessation. Other conditions: Ear seeds help with migraines, constipation, and internal disease. During an appointment I will place small seeds onto the ear and cover them with tape. Depending on your reasoning for having the seeds will depend on how many and where they go. The seeds will stay on for around a week but the effects will be longer lasting. A full consultation will be carried out prior to the seeds being placed.
